Kristi is a fifth generation native Floridian and lives in Alachua. Born and raised in the Newberry area she is passionate about her community and is very involved in volunteering with many organizations. She brings an extensive knowledge of Real Estate Marketing, interior design, and North Central Florida to her position as a respected Realtor. Born and raised in Alachua County she has a love for the State of Florida and the beauty of urban as well as rural areas. Kristi lives on a large ranch and specializes in farm land yet she is no stranger to the historic and urban communities through-out the state. Her college studies were focused towards marketing and business, but her favorite subjects are humanities and psychology. While mixing her love of working with people and architecture she brings a unique perspective to finding the perfect home and properties for her clients.
In addition to Real-estate Kristi designs custom homes with several local builders and serves as project design specialist working with homeowners to ensure they have a beautiful one of a kind custom home. From new construction, renovations, and staging she is dedicated to each and every project that bares her name.

Kristi has a stellar reputation for her quick and timely response to each of her clients needs and concerns. Her telephone and laptop are always close at hand. Rarely, is she not working. Kristi is an outdoor enthusiast that loves, boating, fishing, repurposing old things, and spending time with her family and friends on their farm. She serves on the Haven Hospice Fundraising Board, The Children’s Advocacy of Gainesville, UF Eldercare Committee, Alachua Woman’s Club, The Alachua and Newberry Chamber.
