Brad also owns Smith Appraisal Services and has been doing appraisals in the Tri-County area since 1998.  His knowledge in real estate along with appraisals allows him to excel in providing excellent service and sales. He is a 5th generation Gilchrist County native. He not only sells the lifestyle but he lives it too. He enjoys spending time with his wife and family, and getting on the water or in the woods as much as possible! Brad comes from farming family, and currently resides in Bell, Florida. Bell is a small rural community located in Gilchrist County, in the Big Bend area of North Florida.
