Betsy Weatherilt, formerly Betsy St. John, was raised in Chiefland, Florida. She spent many summers & weekends enjoying what this area has to offer: fishing/water skiing/tubing on the Suwannee River, swimming in the many local Springs, and just enjoying the beauty of God’s country. After attending Florida State University and graduating from the University of Florida, she began her Real Estate career in 2003. She worked with the national home builder, Pulte Homes, while living in the Tampa & Clearwater area. While working with Pulte Homes- she learned many facets of the industry through their extensive and on-going sales training programs. Her success at Pulte was recognized by being promoted to a Selling Sales Manager and attaining numerous sales goals. In 2007, she and her husband returned to the area, settling in Gilchrist County. Together with their 2 boys, they own and operate Tri County Metals, a local metal manufacturing business. In her past, whether it was working as a waitress, an Athletic Trainer, a Realtor, or a business owner-----her passion has ALWAYS been helping people!
