Candice Jones Land is a fourth generation Suwannee County resident. She graduated from Suwannee High school and received her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Saint Leo University in Gainesville. Candice returned to Live Oak after college and was an elementary/ESE teacher for 21 years. She is married to Leon Land and they have two children.
On weekends, Candice enjoys spending time with the family; boating on the Suwannee River, salt water fishing and scalloping in nearby Keaton Beach and Steinhatchee, paddle boarding and UTV riding. Other interests include reading and spending summers in the Florida Keys and spoiling her maltipoo, Ellie!
Candice was a top ten listing agent in the United Country national franchise system in 2021 and has currently closed YTD over $16 million in 2022. She specializes in customer service and has a strong work ethic that she exhausts daily to ensure that her customers have a positive experience when choosing her as their agent.
