Dawn McGee has called Chiefland her home for 24 years. Her and her husband fell in love with the area, while visiting family that lived here. The proximity to the Gulf Coast was vitally important to them as well because of her husband's commercial fishing business. 

Her passion for real estate began after she and her husband created a real estate marketing magazine for properties in the Florida Panhandle. She decided to pursue and obtain her license in 1993. Once they moved to Chiefland, they began raising their family, and also started a thriving business. Being a business owner for over 23 years, she understands the importance of being fully committed to her clients, and the importance of creating lasting relationships.  She is very knowledge of the local tri-county area as well as the surrounding cities, and all that our area has to offer.
