Eddy Scott is a native of Gilchrist County with deep roots going back 5 generations. He attended Trenton High School, Bell High School, Santa Fe College and the University of Florida. Retiring in 2017 from the Florida Department of Transportation Eddy recently made an unsuccessful run for the Gilchrist County Commission.

With a large extended family in the area Eddy cares about our community and the people in it. His hobbies include fishing, camping, gardening, and volunteering with local youth and community organizations.
