Brad Smith offers 33 years of real estate sales experience selling all types of properties throughout North Central Florida. He started his real estate career in 1989 at 20 years of age. Since that time, he has become the consistent leader in listings and sales in his market area with an earned reputation of being honest and hardworking.
Brad is sole owner and broker of United Country Smith & Associates Real Estate, which has closed approximately $100 million in the last 12 years. Brad Smith and his team of experts, specialize in waterfront properties along the Suwannee River, Santa Fe, and the Gulf Coast. Along with large tracts of land for hunting, or farming. In 2021, the United Country Smith & Associates team was the #2 office in the Nation for Sales.
Brad also owns Smith Appraisal Services and has been doing appraisals in the Tri-County area since 1998. His knowledge in real estate along with appraisals allows him to excel in providing excellent service and sales. His understanding of the real estate market and trends, gives him an advantage over the other agents in the area.
He is a 5th generation Gilchrist County native. He not only sells the lifestyle but he lives it too. He enjoys spending time with his wife and family, and getting on the water or in the woods as much as possible! Brad comes from farming family, and currently resides in Bell, Florida. Bell is a small rural community located in Gilchrist County, in the Big Bend area of North Florida.
